Shipping

Processing time

We process orders in 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2PM are processed the following business day. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.

Transit time

Once a parcel has left us, transit is usually 4–8 business days, depending on the destination and the carrier. Processing and transit are separate: the total time from placing an order to receiving it is the two added together.

Shipping cost

We offer a standard and an express flat rate. Both are shown with their exact cost at checkout, before you pay. The figure you see at checkout is the figure you are charged — we do not add shipping, handling or fuel charges after an order is placed.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, to all fifty states. We do not currently ship internationally, and there is no way to arrange it by contacting us — the checkout offers every destination we can reach.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second email with tracking when the parcel leaves us. If the tracking has not updated for several days, email support@toptobottomshop.com with your order number and we will open a query with the carrier.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address entered at checkout, exactly as entered. Check it before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — if the order has not been processed we can correct it, and if it has, we cannot.

Delays outside our control

Once a parcel is with the carrier, weather, customs and carrier backlogs are outside our control. We will chase anything that has gone quiet, but we cannot guarantee a carrier's timetable.

Sales tax

Any sales tax that applies to your order is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and email us. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace or refund it.
