Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order has been processed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in United States dollars and include no import duty or destination tax. Shipping cost is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken at the point of order.

Product descriptions and images

We describe each dress from the garment itself and photograph it as accurately as we can. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and a description is not a guarantee of exact shade. If what arrives is not what was described, that is a fault and is covered by our refund policy.

Availability

A dress shown on this site may sell out between your seeing it and ordering it. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund it.

Returns

Returns are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for.

Limitation of liability
