Thomasin Tiered Maxi Dress - Blue Floral

Some dresses are one shape. The Thomasin is a stack of them, tier over tier, from the bodice to the floor. It starts with a v overlay neckline and shoulder straps that fasten with a tie close, so the fit at the top is adjustable by hand.
